It so happens that I began the college education that completed my first degree when I was 40.
I expect that this happens more frequently than you might even be aware of.
To those that start late, and finish their degrees, I say, "Good for you!! It is NEVER too late, no matter what some children (even our own) might say!"
I heard of a man that completed three degrees in succession, and was 67 when they were finished. So there!
