Yanni, I am not so sure this is true.
A few years ago, I actually called the president of a local group. They were diaper lovers, and got together regularly in a hotel, and often peed and pooped their diapers there. Other activities? I have no idea.
I told him that I poop my panties, and he seemed to think that was ok. From that experience, I wonder if, one of these days, some bold person (not me) will create a group, and a public place to meet, and we will find men and women who will freely create bulges, or (if softer) big messes in their pants and panties. Would I be there? Dunno. That's a decision for another day.
