Chances are the posts are being made by automatic bots. A way of stopping it would involve the Admin putting a confirmation code whenever someone posts. Much like you get when you make a new account at other sites like paypal, w/e.
I doubt he would do that though simply because it would be annoying for users to have to put in a code everytime they posted.
