It's a well-meaning idea, but the existence of such a thing in and of itself is a paradox. I'm all for people of this sexual persuasion getting together, but it's such a fringe activity that even if each and every one of us dutifully wore the symbol, there's like less than a 1% chance that two would ever meet. The paradox lies in the idea that it can be a hidden symbol. The only way for it to remain unknown is if no one knows about it, but if its popularity grows, others might learn its meaning and wearers would carry the same risk as hanging a sign around their neck that says "hey, I shit my pants for fun."
Sadly, I don't know if there is ever going to be a way to systematically meet others like us, because there are so few of us and we have to remain strictly underground.
Luckily, pee is just starting to enter the public consciousness, but I think we have at least another 20 years before it's accepted as mainstream, if ever... to say nothing about poop.
