This string is getting long, so I hope you are still reading it.
Yes, I do know how big the bulge can be. I hate to admit it but several times when I had nice dry week I would put the day's dry potty ball in paper and in a plastic bag. Late saturday eveing when I had privacy I took the weeks collection and put it in one panty. Boy, did they sag. Then sat on it and balled it back up and then sat one it and balled it back up. Do this about six times just for the fun.
Those panties were badly stained but most of it washed out. There is still that tint of brown. I can tell which panties in the collection saw a week of poop.
Please don't tell anyone that there is such a person out there. I'll keep that secret to my self.
