Some years ago something similar happened to my wife:
We were window shopping and she had to fart often, she was full of air like she said
I did not hear anything but suddenly she said liquid poop ended up in her panties
I asked if it was a lot. She said she immediately noticed what was happening and stopped
However, when we walked on (to a Mc Donalds) to deal with it she could not walk without more coming out
