I suppose I prefer to concentrate too much on the bulge, but that is what I like - a huge bulge. Healthier? I always thought soft poop had lots more acid than firmer... I suppose I could be wrong, but isn't that what makes it smell so much worse?
But in one respect, we do the same thing. I tend to wait (which is freqently three days or more) to decide to relax and just let things happen. Actually, that decision is often seldom reached, because I am holding on so tight that I would not even have to relax for the first part of my poop to be in my panties. Waiting so long is awesome, and promotes big accidents (I might have to have another this week, like that).
