hmmm, personally, I think you're onto something! When I went through a phase of wearing diapers, I actually found that my bladder control became very bad, not only in diapers but all the time. The urge would come suddenly and strong. A couple of times I very nearly wet myself (not diapered), which I found to be inconvienient rather than pleasurable.
It makes sense from a learning perspective too. Stimulus-response associations between normal clothes and diapers are clearly going to be different (remember that a lot of conditioned responses occur unconsciously).
