To pantiespooper, maybe his girlfriend wants to make him happy but thinks the idea of actually shitting herself is out of the question. It's not really that hard to understand. Remember, we are the (highly) unusual ones when it comes to attitudes to panty pooping. People not being able to bring themselves to poop themselves is completely understandable. I think its quite understandable that his girl might want to do things that sort of mimic pp for him too, without wanting to go the whole (disgusting) way. Afterall, pp can be dangerous for girls, right?
