Yes, I don't get it. You want something in your or her pants that looks like poo, feels like poo and smells like poo -- why not poo? It's warm, it feels nice, and it's by far the easiest substance to deposit in your pants of any of the substances you mentioned. And it washes out just like any of those things, with detergent and a little bleach. And instead of it being a "virtual" panty pooping it would be a real one. What's not to like!
