The only thing I know of that smells anything like poop is sulfur, and I don't think you want to mess with that. No one (that I know of) sells anything that smells like poop.
The best way to get the poop odor is from the poop itself. Frankly, I never heard of 'virtual' panty pooping before now, and frankly, it seems a bit strange to me. If you want to poop your panties, you should poop them - not put something else in your panties that 'kinda feels right' - because it doesn't.
In my mind, nothing can replicate the real thing. As for the diarrhea - Just do the normal poops. Once in a while, you will have 'rhea, and that is part of how your body digests certain things, and that is different for each of us. If you like 'rhea (and I don't particularly), then enjoy it when it happens, but my advice is just use what happens. Besides, the bulges from a big firm one can be almost unbelievable - and she will make the bigger bulges, given time.
Get off the substitutes. Like my grandmother used to say, "Either poop or get off the pot!" (well, not 'exactly' in those words...) (hmmm... I wonder if that is why I spend so little time on the potty...)
