thanks very much for filling me/us in on your mum situation. No need to apologise for anything mate. It seems you're liked around here, so you have at least one group friends, even if we are all internet wierdos :) I'm sorry you feel so creepy when you have orgasms. That's just not fair. You're obviously pretty down on yourself, I think most of us can relate to that. All existance conspired to make you with the power to give yourself fleeting bursts of great and intense pleasure. That's yours, take it with good grace. Don't let it be an opportunity for you to feel bad about yourself, there's plenty of non-orgasmic time to waste doing that! :)
