Several times. With a couple of exceptions, it was always during liaisons with other fetishists. I would get to know them online, then arrange a meeting in a very public place, like a diner or a Starbuck's. After a few such meetings, I would decide whether I felt safe enough for a private meeting. Of the three individuals with whom I have arranged meetings, I had actual sex with two of them. The other one is not my type, though I did fill my pants in front of him.
Doing it alone in the privacy of your own home pales into insignificance once you have done it in front of someone who is really turned on by it.
