I have the video. Pretty sure it was poop, as she squatted for only a few seconds. Enough time for a diarrhea blast, but surely not enough for a typical whiz.
Other female athletes famous for being messy: Julie Moss, who completed an "Ironman" triathlon despite having messed all over herself; and marathoners Grete Waitz and Catherina McKiernan. Also, Chris Evert played her semi-final in the 1982 US Open with an upset stomach from food poisoning after officials refused to postpone the match. A pissed (and potentially messy) Evert beat the crap out of her opponent.
