At the risk of drawing fire, I think there is something to what Poopsy Daisy says.
As one of the older members here, I have seen quite a lot in my fetish-filled life, and as I stated below, I think most people regard poopers -- of whatever gender -- as simply having experienced "an unfortunate accident." The idea that someone might do it for a sexual thrill is just too remote from the minds of most people -- they never even think of it.
However, I think the reaction toward a woman who has had "an unfortunate accident" is far more sympathetic than that towards a man. Despite all these decades of changing gender roles, there is still something which makes people expect a man to "hold on" heroically under any circumstances, while women are still regarded as "the weaker sex," and thus much more likely to surrender to the accidental.
This, of course, is nonsense, since even in terms of genuine accidents (as opposed to the actions of the undercover fetishist), different human beings (regardless of gender) are just built differently.
So I think there is basis for what Poopsy Daisy says, even though just in terms of common perception rather than reality.
