Don't be so discouraged - it only takes a change of the mindset. If you have made up your mind for good, I guess that's ok too, but somehow, I doubt you have, because you like doing it too much. Remember, I know just how addicting this can be.
If you had explosive poop, that means it became pretty soft, and pretty smelly really quickly. I believe it is the odor that makes the clean up so grave for everyone - yes, even me. If you can tell yourself that the clean up is all part of what you do, it nearly becomes bearable. If you were to convince yourself (hard as that seems to be) that you 'like' the cleanup, it becomes even easier.
One way to help do that is to understand that there is a certain ritual (we all have one) to the cleanup. Me, I start by just getting the bulk of the poop off me, and then I shower. I lather up several times, to help remove the odor, but you don't have to do that unless you have had your poop against you for hours - for minutes only, one good soaping is probably enough.
Of course, another factor is that I do like to spend time in the shower - it is just comforting, you know? A fast shower is ok, if that is what you like.
But one way to help you make the clean up a little easier is to work on getting your poop a bit firmer. Soft pudding poop (the way I classify poop that is almost 'rhea) spreads very quickly, smells worse, and makes the cleanup more challenging than firm poop. Of course, firm poop doesn't spread so far, at least not without help. Having a bulge in my panties like that is a bit of heaven for me, but I am not able to leave it there as long as I would like. I perceive that you (like me) are not into spreading it all over you. With that in mind, the cleanup should be somewhat quick and easy.
But you have to think of the cleanup, not so much as a chore (which it often is), but a part of the feelings and the naughtiness we like to have and do. It must be accepted as such, which makes it a whole LOT easier, and not so much of a drudgery.
Would I stop pooping my panties, just because I abhor the cleanup? Probably not. And somehow, I don't think you will be able to either (you like it too much already). Something to think about, I guess...
