ooh, i know. start with some fun adventures with her friend, then show nikki grown up, and still doing her deed, but now she has a kid who has an accident at the same age Nikki did. And after a smirk comes to her face, Nikki begins the same series of punishments that her own mother used on her. and hmmm, maybe in between those 2 stories she could be portrayed as the head of a sorority where the punishment for bad behaviour or bad grades is Nikki making you mess your panties or wear diapers and mess them, etc..
