Well.. unfortunately I have never spotted a poop bulge in the panties or jeans of a girl in any escalator.
However if you adequately choose on which step you stay, you could find yourself with your nose barely a few centimeters from the ass, and asscrack, of the person on the stair just in front and above you.. In this way .. you can really smell it ! And I did quite some time... a typical "dirty-butt" smelle, especially with girls (and boys) wearing very dirty old jeans, never washed or very little and, in a few occasions, I could smell some faint, but clearly distinguishable, hints of poop.. I also poop my own jeans (slighty) .. just for the enjoyment of the person being behind and below me !!
