I think that diapers is a good idea.
Since you enjoy the fact of pooping in your panties, why not replacing your panties with a not very bulging pullups. They are worn like panties, and they will be of great help when having fun.
I use them and I can load my pants everywhere, I needn't to be near a shower. I find them very useful even for everyday life: no need to rush to restrooms when shopping or watching an interesting tv program. Simply let it go. And fun can last longer.
It even helps for the cleaning: When getting back home, simply undo your pullup, shower your bottom (do not touch poop with your hands: they will smell) and get ready in less than 10 minutes.
Not bulging pullups can be worn under your pants, and nobody will notice. Some of them have odorcontrol, this helps when doing it in public.
My best practice: going while making the dishes, and getting a nice reward at the end of the job.
