Hey, I life in a community full of assholes who roll out of bed and roll up a fattie of killer bud every morning. No, they don't "overdose", they are just an utter waste of space and oxygen.
Pot is a cool drug. Idiot exposed to limitless free pot are not so cool. There are psychological effects from continuous major use that are not cool. I'd kind of call it ODing myself.
