I'm probably in the minority here, but anyway ...
A shapely ass in a pair of well fitting (not too tight, not too loose) flannel pajamas. The poop is soft, oatmeal consistency, and the load is very large, so the poop runs all the way down her pajama legs onto her feet and forms a pile on the floor. She pulls her pajama pants partway down, so that her ass and the back of her thigh is exposed, showing the mess in all its glory. You can imagine what a job the cleanup is going to be.
Her face shows humiliation -- she was waiting outside the bathroom door for her roommate to finish; she hadn't yet taken her first shit of the morning, and she simply ran out of time.
