My favourite would be a series.
1. Shot from side / back angle. Shows a woman in tight stretch jeans. Normal shot, no poop yet.
2. She throws her head back slightly and begins to push.
3. Same as #1 except now the back of the jeans show a bit of a bulge.
4. Same as #1 except now the jeans are totally full.
5. Shot from front - head thrown back (gives anonymity as well as eroticism), rubbing her crotch through the denim.
6. Shot from back showing the mess - she has peeled the jeans down a bit.
7. Same as 6 except jeans down to the knees.
