I think for me, it would be watching (movie this time) a bulge form and grow to enormous proportions. Baseball size, or softball would not do it... this one has to be the volume of a grapefruit (small if necessary, but a really big one would be better). That means someone has to wait until they are REALLY urgent to poop and REALLY full! (like I am tonight)
