For extra heavy, large, uncontrollable loads, eat oatmeal for breakfast, as much as you can hold. Then, when you get hungry again later, eat some more oatmeal until your hunger is satisfied. I have exceeded the capacity of my Depend Overnights many times this way.

My preference is large FIRM loads, though. So here is what I have discovered. Try this diet once!

For breakfast, Rice Chex with a fairly green banana (not real sweet ripeness). Eat as much as you can. Have another banana later as you get hungry again. For lunch, eat rice. Cook one cup of regular white rice, it will turn into three cups as it absorbs water. Stir once in awhile so it gets nice and sticky like glue. Eat with salt and pepper and butter or with syrup, or whatever else you prefer. Eat nothing else for lunch, you will feel hungry again soon, eat some more rice. For dinner, meat and cheese and potatoes or rice. Go heavy on the potatoes or rice for a satisfying finish.

The rice and banana trick works for me every time, positively knobby results!

Some people tend towards constipation and firm loads, others like me need a special diet to get firm loads. For those who tend toward constipation, the oatmeal works well, for me it gives mushy loads but satisfying anyway just because of the sheer volume and urgency. I prefer firm loads myself, though, and the rice with bananas gives me large diameter, long satisfying results, with the consistency of firm clay. The ultimate!

When I know I will have a few hours of privacy the next day, I try to avoid onions, garlic, and most spices. Also, exercise and limiting fluids seems to help consistency. Cheese doesn't bind me up as other people have reported, but each individual is different.

I havent tried a combination of immodium and metamucil, but I have been thinking it might be an interesting test. And I can't find Nullo anywhere near here, so I haven't tried that.

For the best results no matter what the diet, I like to wear a pair of tight shorts over a Depends Overnight. What an incredible combination, I can take a massive dump and then sit and squish a lot (use your imagination), and the diaper rarely fails to contain it all. Many people are not into diapers, but I use them for convenience. They hold in the smell, protect the furniture, and hold a whole lot of pee, too. That way I can enjoy the experience for hours instead of minutes. (I like the way a diaper feels, too.) I don't like the smell much, and I don't like washing poo out of clothes, and I don't want to throw away my clothes. It's pretty convenient to just take it off and dispose of it, it's the best entertainment value for me, considering the amount of pleasure I can get for less than a dollar! I find that if my activities get too strenuous, and a little poo leaks out, my jeans shorts will rinse clean in a minute under a stream of lukewarm water. Just rub the material against itself under the faucet until it is no longer visible, then wash normally, no evidence to be found. Having a partner that would rather not know about this activity means I have to hide the evidence. (That sucks. Different strokes for different folks, and I wouldn't force something on someone that they find distasteful or disgusting, but what makes anyone think their partner will give all if they deny them their dearest fantasies? Subject for a different thread, I guess.)
