I got my spiny blue spandex/lycra shorts on right now...waiting for queen bulge. I loaded up on Metamucil and food galore yesterday, and I'm definitely feeling a little tingling sensation right now. Just loading up on coffee, protein shakes, and fiber cookies to ensure things will be off to a good start.
I have a feeling multiple shits might be in order today. Thank god it's Sunday and I have nothing to do today...except shit my pants and love it! :)
