Firstly I think it's never a good idea to generalize.
Secondly I think many analytical types are willing to attach a meaning of "low self-esteem" to any female behaviour aside from cooking and cleaning in the house. Even outside of practices like scat and watersports, women who simply have a high sex drive, or are sexually aggressive or demanding somehow get tarred with the l.s.e. brush. I think its all meant to keep everyone walking the straight and narrow.
In my opinion such so-called 'deviant' behaviour comes from a willingness to experiment, a vividity of imagination, a lack of desire to conform. Surely these are signs of more intelligence, not emotional problems.
On the other hand I guess if someone feels that they are _only_ worthy to be shit on, then that's another story.
BTW does it mean a man who is into poop / pee necessarily has low self esteem?
