I have given this much thought. And while there are several types of pictures that would fit the bill, here is what I feel to be the best possible scenario (in my humble and rather fetish-specific opinion).
1) White silk panties
2) A really really short skirt or dress. As in, one which does not quite cover the buttocks even when you're standing straight.
3) A really huge load. A week's worth, perhaps, or the combination of more than one person's output. For a single photo, nobody need know where it all came from.
4) The photo should be taken from behind, and slightly below and to one side of the bulge. The lady's legs should be slightly apart, so that the camera can see that the bulge extends partially along the gusset.
5) The bulge should be large enough that the panties disconnect from the lady's skin at the point where the bulge is biggest. Thus the camera can glimpse the actual poo (proving that it is in fact poo and not a wadded up sock or something).
6) Most importantly - the camera should be far enough back that the lady's face can be seen, looking back over her shoulder at her bulge with an expression of embarrassed shock (or excited wonder, or coquettish delight - all these would work well).
I think that about covers it. Post a picture like that, and you are officially God.
