Why don't you just write in a story in a message box like this with your panties all messy and smelly. I'm sure that it would put you in the right kind of mood to write a story about pooping your panties, or do like I do and just write an anecdote about an episode you had while pooping your panties either for pleasure or as a result of desperation.
