I have had one similar experience. I was only 30 miles from home, but otherwise it was like yours - very firm log. Mine started as I walked from the building where I was working, and finished a few minutes later, after I was on the freeway. Yes, I know; it was a little dangerous rising off the seat to add poop to my panties while driving, but I managed to do just that.
So I know the sensations you enjoyed on your trip home. I didnt do all the things that you did at home - I dont wear diapers, and move the poop from one pair to another. Plus, I did not sleep with it in my panties; at least not that night.
I think I would really enjoy chatting with you from time to time...
