for the rare times I get to poop myself its usually just whatever I happened to be wearing at the time.
I love not having to worry about laundry so I often wear some form of pantie protection - diaper/liner, pad something like that to eliminate a lot of extra laundry clean up. But my last 4 messings have been in boy cut panties under skin tight spandex type pants. really tight boy cut panties under tights and a pair of plastic panties, brief type panties under jeans, and no panties under tights and a skirt.
Most of my messings are intentional in some form or another. I don't like to use public toilets for any reason so I hold everything in until I can't wait anymore and just soil myself - or I know I have to go poopy and just let go in my clothing - this is usually at home though - and more often I'm wearing a diaper or liner to save furniture.
My favorite way to mess is saving a huge load until I can't hold it anymore w/o pain - letting it go wherever I am, wearing the tightest panties and pants possible - especially in public so people can see the huge load I've made.
If you're new to messing and don't want to ruin the clothing at first but want to work up to it - a diaper or soaker is a good way to practice a 'dry run' so to speak - it helped me get comfortable enough to just go potty whenever I had to.
