Maybe it's because you always rinse before it dries, then wash right away. For me, the stains always seem somewhat permanent, whether pee or poop. But I do my laundry only once a week, and usually the stain dries and sets in before I wash the underwear. If I'm going to pee, or especially if I'm going to poop in my pants, I always make sure I am wearing dark-colored underwear and pants, so that the stain will not show.
