I have not read the first two yet, so I'll just give you my own thoughts. This got a little long; sorry.
I find it best to stand and just let it come out of me. Most people have to push, but I have learned that if you need to poop bad enough, you dont have to... but learning how to do that is a big challenge for most.
For your first time, squatting will help, or you can follow the thing that many of us do early on...
Sit on the potty, but do not pull your panties down. The position is familiar to you, and if you kinda forget that you have your panties on, it will be kinda like pooping normally. After, just stand up, and admire what you did in the mirror... later, when you want to, you can watch as the bulge forms and grows.
For your first time, you will likely want to clean up right away. Decisions about sitting or other things (you are already well educated) are at your own discretion. I can tell you that sitting on a firm poop in my panties is one of the best sensations there is.
As for peeing and pooping, I have told many here that I only pee my panties when I am in bed. That requires mattress protection unless you want to ensure that your mattress gets wet (some do). It turns out, for me, that combining poop and pee only occurs in bed as well, and, as good as that is, it will come for you another time, if at all.
Since I have been alone with this for a very long time, I don't know the joy you are about to discover. I enjoy it alone, and I am told that two people that enjoy it together can be pretty awesome.
One thing I would note, though, is this. Others have said you should focus on your man; make him as happy as you can. In one respcct, this is not the right thing to do. You may find that this is not your cup of tea - that it does little or nothing for you. If your guy really loves you, he will understand that. But your tolerance of his activities is crucial (this is precisely where I am with my husband), and he will understand if you do not want to take part. If his only focus is for YOU to do these things, then he must understand how you feel.
In other words, you must NOT put all of your focus on his happiness, you have to have some for yourself. Many couples break up because he wants HER to do special things, but does not fully participate himself (or vice versa)...
Once you determine how 'you' feel about it, then you can determine how to proceed.
I will re-iterate what others have said in one respect. We all want to know how and what you did when you poop your panties for that very first time. I do hope you will tell us here. Any and all aspects of it that you wish to share will be fine. The size of the bulge is good to know, but not always the focus of some anyway. After that, share all you wish.
