Even on this board there's a wide range of likes and dislikes and reasons for doing it.
He might have an idea why, he might not. It's probably far more personal than just admitting the fetish. Origins and justifications and rationalizing it.
In the end it's really because it triggers some pleasure somehow.
If you want to try it, I'd recommend trying it solo first so you aren't overwhelmed with embarrassment. You might even like it.
