Careful with stimulant laxatives like ExLax! If you take them regularly you can become dependent on them to move your bowels. Also, heavy use can lead to colitis. Saline laxatives and enemas are also not safe to use regularly, as they can cause dependance and lead to dehydration.
If you want a regular laxative, I recommend a fiber supplement like Metamucil. It's totally safe to take even the maximum dose every day, and it gives you massive regular movements of the consistency that let's you not even need to wipe. If you want a stronger laxative, I've heard it's safe to take stool softeners like Miralax or docusate on a regular basis. I would check with a doctor first though. Glycerin suppositories are safe to use on a semi-regular basis, but again, I would ask a doctor about heavy use.
