Your right on the Pagosa Springs.
I would acomidate you but my wife would kill me.
The real resort is in Glenwood Springs. On I-70 west of Denver, And Steam Boat Springs further North. Pagosa Springs is a little desolate for me.
I have been to most of the hot springs their great!
