Any psychology book will tell you that exhibitionism is one of the most common sexual fantasies among women. A bit of upskirt action is the mildest and most common way of expressing it. Plenty of women do it on purpose.
I don't really need to have patience with insecure wimps because there are plenty of guys like you. It's not as if I went down to a playground full of grade school kids and lifted my dress. If you're at a night club or a bar where only adults are present, there's nothing wrong with openly expressing your sexuality and showing a bit of white triangle.
