I used to have my fun when I still lived at home. I'd wait until everyone was asleep or during the day if my parents were both gone and do whatever I want, that did include diapers a few times. I would then either thoroughly wrap up everything in a plastic then paper bag and bury it at the bottom of the garbage can or I'd drive somewhere and throw the bag away. Gas station garbage cans were great and I;d fill up while I was there. nothing looked suspicious. I was more into wetting than messing then so he smell was never an issue. But you can also dump out your underwear into the toilet and febreeze your underwear until you can get rid of them. Good luck.
