Joy and Sally are staying at a nice fancy hotel, on Sally's companies dime. So Sally spares no expense and since her company is ok with her bringing her best friend along, they got one of the fancy suites. Sally's stayed there before, so she gives Joy a quick tour of the place. Sally gets done showing her how fancy her bedroom is, so she heads over to Joy's suite. Only problem is, the suite door is locked. Thinking the hotel simply didn't unlock it, Sally calls the front desk. No, there must have been a misunderstanding because the company only booked the one room and the suite next door is currently occupied.
Joy not wanting to be a burden, simply says she's fine with sleeping on the couch, or something else. Sally tells her not to be silly that she can just share the bed with her. Joy however, insists she can just sleep on the couch. It's not that bad, she's done it before. Sally says it's not really up for discussion, but it's time for dinner. So the two girls head out to dinner to worry about the sleeping arrangement later.
Once back from dinner, the two girls crack open some wine to finish off the night. Again, the topic of sleeping arrangements comes up and Sally lays down the law that Joy is sharing her bed. There's no reason to sleep on the couch. With that Joy grabs her clothes and heads off to change for bed.
What Joy isn't telling Sally is that she's still a bedwetter and has to wear a diaper to bed. When she grabbed her things, she tried her hardest to secretly sneak one to the bathroom with her. Once in, she went about her normal changing routine while Sally did hers. Once in bed, Sally tells Joy she doesn't have to hide it. Joy claims she doesn't know what Sally's talking about, until finally, she gives in and admits she's currently diapered. Sally tells her she knew, and doesn't care, so just go to bed.
As to be expected of any bedwetter, over night Joy wets. She's tossing and turning, but eventually, without fail she wets herself. That morning when she wakes up, she goes about her normal cleanup and neither girl acts like anything happened.
That is, until that night. Sally really wants to be a part of the experience so she forces Joy into her diaper. Joy tries to fight, but gives in. Eventually she's going to have to put a diaper on one way or another. Sally takes her time, enjoying the process of diapering her friend. So leave Joy there in literally just her diaper so she can grab a baby bottle. She props Joy up on her lap to feed her a bottle before the two girls finally go to sleep.
