I'm inthe process of "adopting" such a girl right now. Yes, it's extremely satisfying, albeit not necessarill legal - and not illegal, either. Just something that was designed by a friend of mine and he is actively seeking real, genuine ABs (who must prove themselves first through a verification process).
Unfortunately, it goes without saying that a good percentage of so-called "females" are really males, so he insists on verification.
He charges for this service, but it greatly helps ensure that both/all parties are genuine and are not frustrated.
