Hmmm... how about bubbles? Get a jar of bubble juice, and one of those sets with several 'tools' for making different shapes and sizes of bubbles. If, like me, u live in a part of the world where it is too chilly to play bubbles outside right now, try them in the bathtub!
Also 'play doh', and finger painting are things that come to mind that might be fun! Dont make too big of a mess though or daddy might not let u play with those things again :)
