I don't know if this is really the tyoe of responce you were looking for, but I thought maybe I could help you out, I just recenrtly had my relationship with my girlfriend of 2 years end, and we were happy and everything, I decided to tell her about my "fetish" and then one day she decided we needed to "take a break"... I'm not exactly sure what it was about or if it was about THAT, but I tried to change her mind and make her understand about the situation, I guess what I am trying to say, is that sometimes people just stop listening, even when you have a valid point or even if you are in love with one another... sometimes people have they're mind set to something, and there is nothing you can say or do to make them think otherwise... it's a very unfortunate situation, and I would like you to know that I understand everything you said, and you ARE NOT wrong, feeling vulnerable is part of YOU!!! and getting into that relationship he should have known that!! if you get into a relationship with someone you should be there for every part of the person, and devote yourself to them... YOU should not have to change who you are for the person you love... anyways I hope I could be of help :) in any way!
