Yes! As a woman, I can totally guarantee you that it IS possible for an open-minded woman (which your girlfriend clearly is) to grow to like this kind of thing. Just take it slow and make SURE you don't push her any farther than she's willing to go.
And if things keep going this well (it sounds from your second message that things are continuing to improve!), she MAY even be open to the idea of diapers at some point. It might help (when the time is right!!!) to point out that she wouldn't have to USE them, if she didn't want to. But again, be VERY slow on that one... and go at her pace. Make SURE she's ready before you approach that subject. And good luck! Let us know how things go! :D
