I guess the diaper board would be the obvious place but to be honest, the signal to noise ratio (driven by the growing idiot-percentage of posters) has been SO bad there lately - I've really not wished to expose myself the hail of abuse that would most likely ensue.
My judgment call has been that it would be howled down by the said bunch of morons because it wasn't the exact variety of heterosexual masturbatory content they were looking for.
I've found the wetters board and this one to be a little more, civilised but I do still try to keep my comments to the advertised topics.
There's always "dailydiapers" but that is just a little TOO nice (even squeamish) with a plethora of narrow-topic sub-boards and, I suspect, a thin-brittle tolerance toward topic that may cross sub-fetish boundaries.
Bottom line - there's a lot of stuff I could post but don't.
