Regressing in to sleep wetting takes time and comitment but is definitely acheivable. You have to get used to regularly wetting your bed on purpose and being comfortable sleeping in it once wet. If you can't get beyond this stage there is little point in going any further.
Once you are comfortable with wetting your bed and sleeping in it you should start making sure the very first thing you do each time you wake is pee in bed and i promise you before long you wilol regress in to regular sleep wetting. I regressed this way and now have very few dry nights.
Be warned it is much harder to regain control than to regress so be sure this is what you want.
I am very happy being a bed wetter and accept I probably always will be now.
