The difficulty with this method is when you share live with your girlfriend, it is impossible to implement!
It's one of the reasons I pursued the method for a genuine wetting that occurs just that one evening, when you have the bed to yourself for a night. I'm glad we have both methods though.
I often think if for any reason I do find myself single again in the future, I am going to spend 6 months wearing nappies and wetting 24/7 like I'm really incontinent - then see whether I have genuine daytime and night time accidents. I am sure it must be possible to untrain the bladder over a long period of time.
