Don't fool about with drug like that to wet the bed! Diuretics are meant to be prescribed for specific conditions such as hypertension, and can be dangerous if used inappropriately. I would even avoid sleeping pills unless you need them for other reasons.
One way that sort of achieves what you want, is to pee into a plastic bag (one with no holes), and then just carry the bag into your nice warm bed and go to sleep holding it in position! You are nearly certain to wake up wet if you do this.
