Between those three, doing it.
Of course, I get creative just a little.
I tank up before bed, and then decide that I am NOT going to pee the bed, but I also make little effort to get out of bed before I have an accident. But holding as long as I do ensures that my bladder isas full as it can get, and that I will have a major gusher when I do let go.
I don't do it often, but I do get into the mood once or twice a month.
