Lesse, would that be twice or three times a week? I'd say twice a week for me. Sometimes, I succumb to the need and go to the potty, but if the mood is right, I just lay there and wet the bed, then roll over and go to sleep.
If I have tanked up before bed, to any extent at all (one liter is enough, but I have drank as much as four), then it is my intent to wet in bed -- a LOT, but those times are special, and occur only once or twice a month (I really don't like the extra laundry, but I still do it). The battle to get up, or pee where I am, is usually spur-of-the-moment.
