Where would be the health risk exactly? There are several hundred thousand young people in London doing this on a weekly basis, drinking lots of alcohol and holding their pee!
The only difference is that I hold it a bit longer.
I'm sure I'll survive... have done this three times in the last 18 months, so it's hardly a regular occurance.
Compare that to the coke half the other people my age are putting up their noses etc and I don't think anyone can suggest it is particularly outrageous.
