I find that diapers are pretty useless, even disposable ones, without some sort of diaper cover. That is the problem. While I don't have a ego problem wearing a diaper,which can be discretely worn under PJs or even boxer shorts, when I pull on the rubber pants I feel very juvinile and of course my problem is no longer discrete. And I find that once I have rubber pants on, I am almost certain to pee my diaper in bed whereas if I don't wear them, I have reasonable chance of waking up dry. How wierd is that.
